How About a Win? Bruins v. Tampa Preview

Raise your hand if you plan to spend your holiday watching Boston go 0-3?  Me either.  I think the B’s get off the snide with a W.

The B’s have performed well against Tampa over the last few years, but Tampa Bay is the real deal now.  After losing in the Stanley Cup Finals to the Chicago Blackhawks, the Lightning return a very similar team with the ability to work in budding superstars like Jonathan Drouin.  Meanwhile, Boston’s Brad Marchand is out with a concussion, and Matt Irwin has been waived.  Chara is “close” to a return.

There will be no morning skate, since puck drop is at 1 p.m.  Here is my best effort at projected lines:

Eriksson-Bergeron-Connolly

Beleskey-Krecji-Pastrnak

Kelly-Spooner-Hayes

Talbot-Kemppainen-Rinaldo

Chara-Trotman

Krug-McQuaid

K. Milller-C. Miller

Rask

Gustavsson
