The Bruins announced the signing of Notre Dame left wing Anders Bjork to a three-year entry level contract.
Bjork was a 5th round pick in 2014, and blossomed into a top flight player throughout his three years at ND. In his junior year he lead the Irish to the Frozen Four and 21-31-52, which was tied for 9th in the country.
Bjork is widely seen as a fit alongside David Krejci, and here’s what Kirk Luedeke over at The Scouting Post says about him:
All in all a great get for Don Sweeney, as there was concern he’d head back to ND for his senior year and perhaps become a free agent after next season, a la Jimmy Vesey.
